Developing with Intent My current focus is the execution of my first boutique development here in Puerto Vallarta. By moving into the role of a developer, I am gaining a hands-on, granular understanding of construction costs, local permitting, and project delivery. This "builder’s-eye" perspective allows me to advise my private clients with a level of technical insight that goes far beyond a standard market analysis.
